Transformer Switching Relays
FSM AG has been developing and manufacturing transformer switches for research, medical and industrial applications for over 25 years. From simple single-phase transformers to large three-phase transformers, the areas of application for our transformer switching relays are very varied due to the different types of transformers and their different loads.
By using the soft switch-on method developed by FSM AG, one or more single-phase transformers can be switched on in no-load operation or under load without inrush current.
For medical devices, the transformer switching relays have the option of half-wave failure detection in accordance with EN 61000-4-11.
